- Notify us immediately if you discover or otherwise suspect any security breaches related to the Service or your account.
3. AI Generation Disclaimer
Resumie utilizes artificial intelligence (OpenAI) to generate resume content and analyze job descriptions. You acknowledge and agree that:
- Accuracy: AI-generated content can contain inaccuracies, "hallucinations," or out-of-date information.
- User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying the accuracy of all content before using it for job applications or professional purposes.
- No Guarantee: We do not guarantee employment, interviews, or any specific career outcome from the use of our Service.
4. Packages and Payments
Access to additional resume generation credits can be obtained by purchasing one-time credit packages.
- Billing: Payments are processed via Stripe. By purchasing a package, you authorize us to charge your provided payment method for the one-time amount.
- Credits: Purchased credits are added to your account balance immediately upon successful payment and do not expire.
- Refunds: Due to the digital nature of the credits, refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
Your Content: You retain full ownership of the personal data you upload and the final resumes you export.
Our Property: The Service, including the primary code, design, transitions, AI prompts, and logos, are the exclusive property of Resumie and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the platform.
6. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Generate fraudulent or misleading professional documents.
- Attempt to bypass any rate limits or security measures.
- Automate the scraping of the platform or its proprietary prompts.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Resumie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
